Portsmouth Dinghy Racing Fleet

2012 is the first year in many years that all the dinghies will be scored using the Portsmouth handicap system.  Linda Lind will be applying the handicap numbers to the score sheets provided by race committees.  It used to be that only one design scoring was done between boats of the same type.  In order to make this work, elapsed time for each competitor is required, along with the average wind speed during each race.  We look forward to the competition between MC Scows, Flying Scots, and other designs.
