To Request a new Wet Slip assignment or Dry Storage assignment please be sure that you meet the criteria below and send an email to the 

Dieter Kuberg, the PYC Dockmaster for 2008.

Wet Slip Policy

• In order to be eligible for a wet slip assignment one must be a Family Member and the Capital assessment must be paid in full.  

• Slips are assigned on a first come first serve basis.  

• Slips may be reassigned based on boat size and frequency of usage, with more frequently used boats getting preferred spaces.  

• Only sailing craft are eligible for a wet slip.  No Power boats are allowed in the harbor other than club owned boats.

Dry Sail Policy

• Spaces are for Family & Associate members of PYC and are assigned by the Dockmaster.   Please do not occupy a space or change spaces without approval.

• Owners name must be visible on each boat/trailer.

• One boat and/or trailer per space.

• A Family member may bump an Associate member for a preferred space.

• Spaces may be reassigned based on boat size and frequency of usage, with more frequently used boats getting preferred spaces. 

• Sailboats only---No powerboats or personal watercraft.
